“Mindset Monday” blog series - Dan Martell

Writer: amylynnlisekamylynnlisek

What does it take for you to want to become radically focused on changing your mindset for the better?

Oftentimes, it’s by going through some seriously tough stuff and deciding that you never want to go back to that broken place ever again…

I think one of the reasons I relate to and am inspired so much by Dan Martell is because he knows what it’s like to be a motivated by knowing a past version of himself that he never wants to go back to again.

I highly recommend that you get a copy of his book “Buy Back Your Time”. It’s filled with life-changing principles that will transform not only your business but your entire life.

I started following Dan on Instagram this year and was inspired by his videos and content. But it was when I read the Introduction to his book that I realized how powerful of a story he truly has.

If you feel like you’re struggling with either your mental health, reaching your life goals, or tapping into your full potential- then you might want to read his book and start checking out his content on social media and YouTube.

Personally, even though we’ve had so many amazing moments this year- it’s also been extremely difficult at times on my mental and physical health. I’m now in a season of fighting back to become the greatest version of myself that I know God created me to be. So I’m on my own journey of personal development and growth which has included following highly motivational people like Dan Martell. I’ve also made a decision to cut back on “scrolling” (deleted the Facebook app from my phone), started going to the gym (this has also helped my mental health tremendously), and am currently refocusing on dreams/vision for the nonprofit.

I highly encourage you to join me by taking on your own journey of personal development in this season. And if you’re feeling like you’re not sure if you can do it- then remember that we also get to partner with God in this process. God doesn’t exactly want us to sit around feeling defeated and stuck in unhealthy thought patterns. We can start getting very serious about our Mindset. I added Dan Martell’s website to the “Personal Development” page of our website (list of growing resources for you):

Partner with God towards positive transformation and take steps towards your health/well-being. You got this!
