Scripture (KJV):
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17
Devotional :
The start of a new year carries a quiet invitation: begin again. Not with pressure to reinvent yourself, but with permission to return to Christ as your source. New God are not about perfect plans or flawless ey are ut sh faith—choosing to trust Him again, even if last year felt messy, unfinished, or heavy.
Being rooted means we don’t build our lives on motivation or momentum. We anchor ourselves in truth. And when we are rooted in Christ, flourishing becomes a fruit—not a performance. God is not asking you to sprint into 2026. He’s asking you to walk with Him, daily and honestly.
Starting the year in Scripture is one of the most grounding ways to realign your heart. When we open God’s Word, we aren’t just reading history—we’re letting Him renew our minds. Each page reminds us who He is, who we are in Him, and where our hope truly lies. Faith is refreshed when truth is repeated.
You may not know everything this year will require of you, but you don’t need to. God specializes in new beginnings that unfold one obedient step at a time. Today, choose to plant yourself deeper in Him. Let this be the year your roots grow strong—so your life can flourish in ways that last.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for new beginnings. I give You this year—my plans, my fears, and my hopes. Help me stay rooted in You and faithful in small daily steps. Renew my heart through Your Word and grow my faith fresh again. I want to flourish for Your glory, not my own. Amen.

Amen 🙏🏻 May God continue to bless you and use you for His glory.
