New Mercies Ahead

📖 Bible Verse

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail. They are new every morning. — Lamentations 3:22–23

✨ Reflection:

New Year’s Eve invites reflection, not perfection. As this year closes, we carry both gratitude and unfinished stories. Some prayers were answered. Others remain open. Yet God’s faithfulness has not shifted with the calendar.

Scripture reminds us that mercy doesn’t wait for January 1—it meets us every morning. God’s grace has sustained you through what was heavy, unclear, or incomplete. Tonight is not about measuring success or regret; it’s about remembering who carried you through.

As you step into a new year, you don’t need all the answers. You only need trust in the One who has already gone before you. God is not finished. His mercies will meet you again tomorrow.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, thank You for walking with me through this year. I place what I couldn’t finish, fix, or understand into Your hands. As I step into a new year, help me trust Your faithfulness and receive Your new mercies. Amen.
