Key Verse: Isaiah 6:8
“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
God’s Call to You
God’s call is personal and intentional. When He asks, “Whom shall I send?” it’s not because He lacks options—it’s because He desires willing hearts. Isaiah’s response, “Here am I; send me,” is a powerful example of surrender. It wasn’t about Isaiah’s abilities but his availability. Are you ready to answer God’s call with the same boldness?
A Heart of Surrender
In today’s busy world, it’s easy to feel unqualified or too overwhelmed to take on more. Yet, God doesn’t require perfection or a perfect plan—He wants a heart that says “yes.” Like Isaiah, you may not know exactly what lies ahead, but your willingness to trust and obey is the first step. God equips those He calls.
Your Unique Role
God’s mission is not one-size-fits-all. He has uniquely gifted you for specific purposes. Maybe He’s calling you to mentor younger women, serve in your church, or simply be a light in your workplace or home. Whatever the task, your willingness to say “send me” is an act of faith that God will use to bring glory to His name.
Closing Prayer
Lord, thank You for calling me to be a part of Your mission. Help me to surrender my fears and doubts and say “yes” to Your will. Equip me, guide me, and use me to fulfill Your purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
