Seasons

When I think about seasons I think of Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. But there is so many other ways to think about it!

This year has been hard, but I see the word seasons different now.

For you it could be:

  1. Growth

  2. Finding me again

  3. Recovery

  4. Finding resources more sustainable for your mental health

  5. Advocating for yourself

  6. Allowing yourself to be honest with your self

  7. God showing you the light in your journey


These are all seasons of life, they can be anything, however long you need them to be.


The important thing to take away is that you NEED to give yourself grace. Yes others might be going through something, but your isn’t anymore or any less than others.
