Let's be the Light in the World of Darkness
Matthew 5:13-16

We are called to be different in every place we go, in Work, school and with our Families. We are called to serve called to do things for God and his Kingdom. We know this as a principle, because we are told that the Son of man came to serve, not be served. If Jesus came and that was this mission, then we as follows we have the same one. We are called to be understanding and Faithful to his Word. We should also be standing out for Good Reasons, to Show the Light of God in Circumstances.

We were not called to use our words to harm people. Our words were made to edify and lift up people in their time of Need.

We were not called to not bear the fruits of the spirit, but instead to be"the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law Galatians 5:22-23".

The main message is that we are not called to be influenced by the Darkness, with Pagan Holidays coming up, it is very important to understand the Reason for the Reason for the Season. Jesus and being born so that we can be saved.

Questions to reflect:

Are you a walking light of God?

Can you change the way you reflect God?

Is there someone who you can Show Light + Salt to?

Prayer:

Thank God for showing light and calling me to be a light in every place I'm in. Asking you to help us be the light that people need to see Jesus through our Actions.

Also asking to be an example of Jesus' Light.

With Love,

Cristal Mota
