I would say that I'm a everyday hero when I go to work everyday and make a difference in lives of those with developmental disabilities...
I've been called a hero by family members of the residents that I serve, however I have a hard time being called a "hero"...
I feel blessed and fortunate that I get to go to work everyday at a job I love and know that I'm making a difference in the lives of those with developmental disabilities...it's not always sunshine and and roses but even on the difficult days I'm still blessed and grateful to work where I work..”- Jennifer
