Key Verse: Ephesians 2:10

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

His Handiwork for His Kingdom

You are not an accident or an afterthought. God calls you His workmanship—His masterpiece, uniquely designed and intricately created. Just as a skilled craftsman invests time and care into every detail of their work, God has lovingly shaped them for a divine purpose. This purpose is to glorify Him and expand His kingdom.

Good Works Prepared in Advance

The good works you are called to do are not random. Ecclesiastes reminds us that there is a time for everything, and God has perfectly orchestrated your life for specific works at specific times. Long before you were born, God had a plan for you. As Psalm 139:13 reminds us, "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb." Even then, He was preparing you to walk in good works that would advance His kingdom.

Living Out Your Purpose

Walking in these good works means saying "yes" to God daily. It’s trusting His timing and plan even when it doesn’t align with our own. Your unique talents, passions, and life experiences were all given to you to glorify Him and bless others.

Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for creating me as Your masterpiece and for preparing good works for me to do. Help me to trust Your timing and walk boldly in the purpose You’ve designed for me. May my life glorify You and bring others closer to Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
