You Are Not Alone in This

Verse:

"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." – Matthew 11:28

Devotional:

Caregivers are often the unsung heroes—those who give and give, often in silence. The weight can be heavy. But Jesus sees the burden you carry, and He offers you a divine invitation: Come to Me.

He doesn’t say, "Come when you have it all together." He says, "Come weary, come burdened, come as you are." In return, He offers rest. Not just physical rest, but soul-deep peace and renewal.

You weren’t meant to carry the full load alone. Let God step in. Let Him be your strength when you feel weak, your peace when things are overwhelming, and your guide when you don’t know what to do next.

Take moments throughout your day to pause and reconnect with Him—even if it's just a whispered prayer or deep breath. You are not alone. God is with you, empowering you, loving you, and sustaining you.

Prayer:

Jesus, I come to You today carrying more than I can handle. I need the rest only You can give. Help me to remember that You walk beside me. Show me how to care without being consumed. Let me find peace in Your presence and trust You with the things I cannot control. Amen.
